Yoga For Menopause For January 2025
Our weekly classes are designed for women in all stages of Menopause. They are relaxed, friendly and supportive.
Each month sessions will be centered around managing and supporting the main symptoms women experience during peri, menopause and post-menopause. We will use a combination of breathwork, yoga movement, relaxation & meditation, MFR & acupressure and of course some good old talk therapy
If you are experiencing any of the following though these classes could be beneficial to help you at this time:
irregular /heavy periods
heat/anger/irritability
joint pain
digestive issues
anxiety
insomnia
weight gain
low/erratic mood
fatigue
lack of focus/concentration/brain fog
There is no need to have practiced yoga before. Total beginners are perfectly welcome!! The only thing required : A desire to take control of your wellbeing and a mind open enough to begin to see the positive side to the journey through menopause!
If you would like to try a class or if you can only attend certain dates in the month please check directly with me for availability of individual classes. Paying for all sessions in the month gives you a 20% discount on session price
*January sessions will run on 6th , 20th and 27th only – NO CLASS ON 13th *** Please note due to limited numbers and group sizes missed sessions do not roll over*
