40 hours per week
Current catered events:
- Wedding receptions
- Social functions
- Themed food nights
- Afternoon teas
- Funeral buffets
- Annual dinners
- Birthday celebrations
The role will also include:
- Assist in the food preparation process
- Cooking and preparing elements of our high-quality dishes
- Assist with deliveries and restocking
- Maintaining a high level of kitchen and food safety standards
- Working alone
Requirements
- Good communication skills with a passion for delivering top quality dishes
- Ability to work in an environment both supervised and unsupervised
- Understanding of basic food hygiene practices & Health and safety
- Great attention to detail and enthusiasm to develop
- Flexible and co-operative
