Chef position at The Winking Stag.
The position is for 30-40 hours a week and will involve working alone or with a Kitchen Porter in a small kitchen preparing Japanese and Pan-Asian food, controlling kitchen ordering and wastage and completing food hygiene paperwork.
Negotiable rate of pay (plus tips), previous experience of Japanese and Pan-Asian food is preferred but not necessary. There’s opportunity for weekly and daily specials and scope for getting creative in the kitchen for the right candidate!
