30-35 hours per week
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes, Proficient in food preparation, handling, and storage, Assisting the head chef to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and following guidelines for health & safety, Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Experience in a fast paced kitchen setting
Hourly rate dependant on experience
