Assistant Head Baker required at Hinchliffe’s Farm Shop, Netherton.
We are a busy family-run butchers, restaurant and farm shop. Our on-site bakery is looking for an experienced Assistant Head Baker to join our team, working on a full-time basis, including weekends.
The role includes running the in-house bakery operation – producing all aspects of bread and cake baking for our restaurant, farm shop and outside catering operation. Production will include a range of different loaves, teacakes and a wide range of confectionary. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels and stock takes, Health & safety, and keeping the bakery clean and tidy to Environmental Health Food Hygiene standards.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, hard-working and loyal – the successful applicant will be part of a vital team responsible for selling the highest quality food products and will have the opportunity to progress as we develop and grow our business.
Competitive salary – based on experience.
Own transport is beneficial due to our location.
