Restorative Yoga To Balance 1st Chakra: Earth – You & Yoga

This is the first in a series of four chakra based restorative sessions to ballance your energy centers. In these sessions we will explore the lower chakras and learn how to balance each of these energetic centres using asana, mudra, mantra, visualization, meditation and deep restorative postures. The chakras provide a pathway to regain balance, boost vitality, and foster deeper self-awareness—perfect for navigating life’s transitions.
Restorative yoga allows the body to deeply relax, helping to release tension and calm the nervous system. Combined with chakra work, it offers profound benefits:
- Eases stress and anxiety
- Boosts emotional stability
- Supports physical health and energy balance
- Cultivates clarity and inner peace
This first session will focus on the Root Chakra : Muladhara, The foundation of the energetic chakra system, which relates to out groudning , stability ,safety and security.
Each session is designed to stand alone, but attending the full series will offer a deeper, more comprehensive journey into chakra balancing.
