Key Responsibilities:
- Processing spare parts orders and enquiries
 - Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
 - Completing repairs to small equipment items – full training provided
 - Handling goods inwards and outwards as required
 - Managing stock levels of critical parts and keeping the stock area organised
 - Keeping all records up to date and accurate
 - Providing general administrative assistance
 
Requirements:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship-building skills
 - Strong organisational and administrative skills
 - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
 - Technical background and ability to understand engineering drawings (beneficial but not essential)
 - UK driving licence
 
Benefits:
- Permanent, full-time role
 - Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
 - 37 hours per week
 - 25 days holiday allowance per annum plus statutory holidays (increasing with service)
 - Company shutdown over Christmas period
