Service Administrator – Rosenbauer (position closed)

About Us: Rosenbauer UK Limited, part of the Rosenbauer Group, supplies and maintains frontline fire vehicles and firefighting equipment throughout the UK and Ireland. We are a global brand that excels in product innovation and new technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing spare parts orders and enquiries
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
  • Completing repairs to small equipment items – full training provided
  • Handling goods inwards and outwards as required
  • Managing stock levels of critical parts and keeping the stock area organised
  • Keeping all records up to date and accurate
  • Providing general administrative assistance

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Technical background and ability to understand engineering drawings (beneficial but not essential)
  • UK driving licence

Benefits:

  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
  • 37 hours per week
  • 25 days holiday allowance per annum plus statutory holidays (increasing with service)
