Dental Receptionist/Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Team at Meltham Dental Care

The hours are between 35 – 37.5 per week between Monday – Friday

The role

• Providing patients with a warm and welcoming environment
• Answering calls in a friendly, helpful manner
• Scheduling appointments, taking payments, responding to emails
• Promoting a professional image and to be knowledgeable about the services the practice provides
• Completing recalls and reminders and ensuring the appointment book is efficient
• Carrying out audits
• Carrying out all the required assessments prior to patients visits

Experience

• Experience in the dental industry would be advantageous but not essential or
• Experience as a receptionist or customer focus role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self motivated and organisation skills
• Friendly, flexible and reliable
• Attention to detail
