The applicants must be energetic and forward thinking, have attention to detail, well organised, well presented, a pleasant manner and a team player. Applicants must have IT knowledge including Microsoft Office, Social Media, excellent communication skills (both verbally and written), organisational skills and prompt time-keeping. You must be able to deal with cash and payments accurately and provide an excellent level of customer service at all times.
Hours of work available : Extra hours will be available for holiday cover and sickness.
Saturday 8.30am – 5.30pm OR
Sunday 8.30am – 6pm
Duties will include answering and making telephone calls, taking and keying customer details efficiently, dealing with customer queries and bookings, promoting the club and events, day to day administration and encouraging new membership whilst showing visitors around the club. Applicants will be responsible for adding new members, adding children and adults to coaching groups and studio classes to our booking system, ensuring invoices are fully paid and any tasks are fully complete and accurate. When our coffee bar is busy you will be required to assist in serving members. As we are a fully licensed club the age required is 18 and above. This position involves lone working during parts of the shift.
