Take-away Food Cabin Supervisor at Holme Valley Camping & Caravan Park
A rare and exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a family business. The Camping Stove food cabin situated on Holme Valley Camping & Caravan Park opened in 2023 and formed an energetic and enthusiastic team. We are looking to appoint a supervisor to fill this part-time, seasonal role while the cabin is open from March until September. The post start date can be flexible (between mid-March and end of April.) Hours will start low and build up ranging from 7.5 to 20 hours per week (2 to 5 shifts). The rate of pay will be £12.25 per hour.
It is preferred that the applicants have some experience in catering, but it is not essential. Applicants should be prepared to work weekends and bank holiday shifts when the cabin is open, extending to some weekdays during the school summer holidays from the end of July to the beginning of September.
The duties would involve: –
- Prepare and cook food to a high standard.
- Ensure the cabin and food preparation areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Oversee, support and work well with other members of food cabin team.
- Check stock and arrange/place orders.
- Comply with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety.
