JOB VACANCY
We are looking for a shop assistant to work in all areas of the shop but mainly preparing the ready meal section of the raw meat area.
Jobs will include serving on the butcher’s counter, packing, and displaying meat in the counter and pre-packaged areas, making ready meals as well as helping in other areas of the shop such as manufacturing, delicatessen, checkout, and bakehouse during
busy times.
Experience is not essential, but a general understanding of basic food hygiene and preparation would be good. Candidate must be polite, confident, and reliable with a keen attitude to learn new skills and work part of a small team.
Hours can be flexible dependent upon candidate but ideally 3 or 4 days between Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm.
