Service Coordinator – Rosenbauer

**POSITION NOW FILLED**

The company:

Rosenbauer UK Limited, part of the Rosenbauer Group, supplies and maintains front line fire vehicles and fire-fighting equipment throughout the UK.

The role:

We require a Service Coordinator to assist the Service Department with the day-to-day coordination of vehicle and equipment servicing.  The role will involve liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that maintenance and service call outs are dealt with in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

  • Scheduling of service works
  • Coordinating travel (Hotels/Flights/Ferries etc)
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls/emails both internal and external
  • Ordering parts and materials
  • Undertake general admin duties

Required skills:

For this position we require someone who is an excellent communicator with strong customer service, IT skills and a passion for problem solving.  Due to the nature / type of service work that needs coordinating, some engineering qualifications would be beneficial, but not essential.  No prior experience of working in a similar industry is required, full training will be provided on the job.

The package:

Permanent / Full-time Role

Salary – up to £27,000 per annum

37 hours per week

25 days holiday allowance per annum plus stats (increasing with service)
