Downey Textile Installations/DM Textile Machinery are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant for an immediate start!
The Role:
Sales:
- Customer service and managing the sales inbox.
- Responding to sales queries.
- Creating sales offers.
- Updating company database with new machines/companies and contacts.
- Managing third party machine sales platforms.
- Answering the office phone.
- Assisting Managing Director with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Marketing:
- Email marketing campaigns/circulars via Mailchimp.
- Creating Broadcasts.
- Updating the website with latest machines.
- Creating content for company Social Media platforms – LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Growing company pages and creating connections.
- Managing MD’s LinkedIn Page and identifying potential leads.
Requirements:
- Excellent ICT skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience of LinkedIn.
- Experience of Mailchimp is desirable.
- Previous experience in administration.
- Prior sales or marketing experience and understanding.
- An understanding of interpreting marketing stats and data.
- A flexible, positive attitude.
- Confident enough to work unassisted.
The role will be based in our Slaithwaite workshop and will be a flexible 10-20 hour per week position.
