Restaurant Manager
We are open Sunday-Thursday daytimes, and Friday & Saturday days and evenings, with the view to extend evening dining in the future.
Experienced Restaurant Manager to run the daily operations of a 130 capacity restaurant. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with a excellent personality to run a small team of restaurant and bar staff.
Restaurant Manager duties will include creating rotas, responsible for stock, stock takes, ordering, hiring and training staff. The Restaurant Manager will have to be confident in dealing with any difficult situations that may arise, confident to cash up and be a designated key holder for the building. To be extremely hands on and help the restaurant and bar staff and support the team. Confident in using a computer and booking system. Bar & Barista work desirable but not essential.
The Restaurant Manager should be confident to run the business as well a grow the business when possible, and will report to the Partners frequently.
