The Role:
As a Residential Property Valuer, you will work closely with our existing valuer to help manage and grow our portfolio of properties. This role is designed for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment. You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own portfolio and play a key role in generating new business opportunities, supported by our established brand and reputation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in property valuation or estate agency, with a strong track record of success.
- A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Alignment with our core values of professionalism, integrity, and client care.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market.
- Full driving license and access to a car.
