About the role?
We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Production Team Members to join our growing dairy operation. As a valued member of our production team, you’ll play a hands-on role in crafting the high-quality dairy products our customers know and trust. If you’re looking to build a long-term career in food manufacturing, we offer a supportive environment with structured training and clear paths for development and progression.
This is a full-time role, and flexibility is essential. Most shifts start between 6:00am and 6:30am and continue until production is complete. Weekend work (both Saturday and Sunday) may be required as part of a shared rota, though this won’t begin immediately. Once initial training is completed, team members will be expected to take part in the weekend rota on a rotating basis.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the manufacturing process to ensure product quality and consistency
- Gaining a solid understanding of our production methods and product range
- Recording accurate production data and maintaining detailed documentation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Demonstrating attention to detail and pride in the work you do
About you?
We’re interested in people who bring the right attitude and a strong work ethic. Experience in a food-related environment is beneficial, whether that’s in production, preparation, retail, catering, or hospitality, but it’s not essential, we’ll train you.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are conscientious, positive, and a team player
- Have a good standard of literacy and numeracy skills
- Are motivated, reliable, and take pride in your work
- Understand the importance of hygiene and food safety (training provided)
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay focused under pressure
- Are eligible to work in the UK and can communicate well with others
If you’re reliable, hard-working, and ready to learn, we’ll provide the training, support and opportunities to help you succeed.
What’s on offer?
We believe in recognising and rewarding hard work. You’ll benefit from:
- Competitive pay, with increases after training
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
- Paid breaks (some)
- Pension scheme
- Staff discounts on our dairy products
- Free on-site parking
- Ongoing training and clear opportunities to progress
- A friendly, long-serving team who support each other
- Social events
