The Rusty Bull

The Rusty Bull

ABOUT US

Built on the foundation of Hinchliffe’s incredible 90-year heritage. We bring the family values, passion, knowledge and care that has been our driving force throughout those years and deliver a restaurant that exudes character and charm with a delectable food experience.

Since starting out in business as a butcher’s in the 1920’s through to the Farm Shop which is revered today, Hinchliffe’s has kept the moniker of the purveyors of the finest quality farm produce. Our rich heritage stems from a passion that has been handed down from generation to generation, a passion that will be portrayed in every dish on our menu.

WHAT MATTERS TO US

We take great pride in the welfare of our animals, from how they are fed to how they are butchered, to what ingredients they are paired with. The Rusty Bull experience starts out there in the field. We want every point in the journey from pasture to plate to be one of consideration and care. In an age where we should all eat less meat, let us make sure that when we do, we only eat the finest, most cared for produce and truly savour the experience from the first mouthful to the last.
