Rooks & Roses, is a handmade jewellery company working in precious, upcycled and repurposed metals. Jewellery-maker Karl Smith specialises in the natural form and takes inspiration from nature to create unique pieces in mainly silver, brass and copper. From his workshop, based at the Sculpture Lounge studios in Holmbridge, West Yorkshire, he delivers regular workshops, teaching attendees the basic skills required to work with metals such as heating, shaping and soldering to make jewellery that will stand the test of time.
