Part-time Payroll Administrator required
PAYROLL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
The Company
JMA are a local Payroll & Managed Account provider offering a high-quality support service to people with care needs throughout Yorkshire.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to join our small but busy team based in Kirkburton.
The Role
- To assist our team to deliver all aspects of Payroll & Pensions administration for over 350 4 weekly/Monthly payrolls.
- Analysing timesheets & reports, calculating holiday, statutory payments and different elements of pay.
- Making timely and accurate payments to Carers and processing/checking care Provider invoices.
- Perform budget calculations to work out Employee rates of pay after on-costs.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries to a conclusion and with a professional manner.
- Maintaining records ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Experience and attributes
- Payroll experience is essential, ideally in a similar role.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A background in administration is required with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and App’s.
- Numerate with good Maths and English skills.
- Strong communication skills required to deal with high volume telephone and email enquiries.
- Good team player who also has the ability to understand when to apply own initiative.
- Honest & reliable with an understanding of Confidentiality.
- A motivated attitude with dedication for the role.
- Must have a compassionate and caring nature.
