Medical Receptionist Required
Tuesday 1-6.30pm (TBC), Wednesday 7.45-1am, Thursday 7.45-1am
16 Hours per week
An opportunity has become available in our reception team at Honley Surgery for an applicant who is enthusiastic, friendly and caring to join our hardworking team.
The role includes dealing with a wide range of patient queries via the telephone or in person. The role also includes a variety of administrative duties including requesting repeat prescriptions, processing referrals and documents electronically onto the patient’s medical record.
The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to learn and use our range of in-house software confidently including EMIS, Docman, Docmail and Accurx.
Previous experience of working with the NHS or a GP Practice using the EMIS clinical system is desirable but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.
