Office Support & Book-keeping for local independent Garage (Modena Rosso)

Job Description

We are a local independent specialist garage in the HD5 area looking for the right candidate to join our small friendly team to provide the office support & daily-book-keeping.

Reporting to the business owner and able to work on your own initiative this will be a role that encourages your input & contribution to efficient running of the office in an established business

This role is available on a part time basis with flexible hours to suit and a self-employed candidate would be considered

Duties to include:

Daily Book-keeping

Accurately record all financial transactions

Reconciling accounts

Monthly payroll

Preparing & submission of VAT return

General office duties

The ideal candidate

Experience of XERO accounts software & DEXT is preferable

Computer literate

Good administrative & organisational skills

Excellent all round communicator & the ability to confidently liaise with clients & suppliers

  • Pay – to be agreed with the right candidate
  • Expected hours 16- 20 per week
  • On site parking

Training & support will be given where needed
