Motorhome Technicians – Peter Roberts Motorhomes

Peter Roberts Motorhomes are a family run business with 25 years’ experience in the leisure industry and a reputation for providing excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, we are actively seeking additional people to join our team.

We are currently seeking experienced motorhome technicians, to join our NCC Approved Service Centres at Honley and Copley.

The Role…
1. Pre delivery inspection of motorhomes
2. Habitation checks on motorhomes
3. Carrying out any internal and external repairs as required
4. Gas and electrical testing, repairs and installation
5. Fitting accessories, including Bike Racks, Awnings, TV aerials and Solar Panels
6. Insurance Repairs – including bodywork repairs
7. Warranty work

The Candidate should …
1. Have the necessary industry recognised qualifications
2. OR be willing to study and take the qualifications
3. Be able to work as part of a team, but also be self-motivating
4. Be reliable & a good timekeeper
5. Take pride in their work
6. Have good communication skills, with both other members of the team and our VIP customers!
7. Be capable of working under pressure whilst staying calm and professional
8. Be able to adapt to the companies needs in the way we deliver our service
9. Have the necessary skills to be able to record work on our computerised workshop system

Hours of work are full time Monday to Friday with some Saturdays. Some flexibility may be offered around these hours and will be required at busier times of the year when overtime will be available. The salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
