To run our busy livestock market café every Tuesday at Holmfirth feeding the hungry farmers
Your primary role is managing the kitchen and its staff. This includes overseeing and training personnel, planning menus and weekly specials, managing the culinary budget & inventory, purchasing, deliveries and pricing.
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality & appearance.
Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
Food preparation, serving customers with a smile, cleaning, cashing up.
Own transport and Minimum Food hygiene level 2 essential.
Team work & regular management meetings
The role also involves running the café 5 Sundays per year during September and October at our seasonal sheep Sales
