Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager / Customer Service role located in Honley, with the option for some remote work. The Account Manager / Customer Service representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, handling shipping inquiries, and offering tailored shipping solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Account Management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of international and domestic shipping practices
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus
