Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team at Devour. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience by ensuring prompt service, friendly and attentive hospitality, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the system accurately and promptly.
Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and friendly manner.
Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and promptly address any concerns or issues.
Clear tables and ensure they are clean and properly set up for the next guests.
Work with other members of the team to ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Provide accurate information about menu items and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience working as a waiter/waitress in a similar establishment.
A passion for food and hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
