Honley Christmas Together

Come along to a fabulous day for all the family
Entertainment throughout the weekend
Honley Business Association are organising the following :-

At Honley Con Club
Santa’s Grotto and loads of fun games for the children with lots of family Christmas photo opportunities from 11 till 3pm
Church Street Market with fabulous stalls, BBQ and drinks for everyone.
Don’t forget to post your letters to Santa in Chain Reaxtion

Also in the village
St. Mary’s Church 10am till 2pm
Musical entertainment
11am- Holme Valley singers; 12noon-Cafe Orchestra; 1pm-Honley Band. Also stalls outside

Village Hall, Roundway 10am till 3pm
The markets in the village hall will take place between 10am – 3pm with over 22 locally talented stall holders selling an amazing selection of Christmas decorations, gifts and card, scents, jewellery, cakes & bakes, cheese, homemade condiments and much more. We will also have a face painter for children (and adults if they wish) to have their faces painted. Our pop up cafe will be in full swing with delicious homemade soups, savouries and cakes as well as hot chocolate and the usual tea / coffee. Our charity we are supporting on the day is Air Ambulance with Jan Swallow.

The Library West Avenue 10am till 3pm
The library will be revealing their fabulous LEGO display – with a treasure hunt to find all the stars of the display.
They will also have a stall selling Christmas gifts in the library.
And a stall on the market for children and adult to try their luck at our sweet tombola.

The Scout Hut 10am till 4pm
with various stalls, indoor seating, hot drinks & cakes and bacon butties. They’ll have the chocolate tombola stall as usual, but also a bran tub/lucky dip, a stall selling Xmas decorations produced by all sections from squirrels through to explorers and a craft room with colouring & sticking etc.

Memory tree, quiet contemplation and cafe

Taylors Foodstore – Meltham Road
Local Craft and food stalls, kids activities, staff fancy dress, music, freebies, raffle, mulled wine and more

All venues are easily walkable and parking is a major problem so if you can use public transport or walk.
Parking would be best at a distance from the village centre and walk or drop off passengers and park further out.
