Customer Service Assistant – Woodsome Valley Self Storage (Part time)

WE ARE HIRING

We are looking to hire a part time Customer Service Assistant to join our small team at our Woodsome Valley Self Storage site in Fenay Bridge. The role is part time (24 hours per week) working Thursday and Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm and Saturday 8.00am – 1pm.

About us – we are a small family business with a passion for customer service. Our first site, Colne Valley Self Storage in Slaithwaite was opened in January 2018, and we have been assisting customers with their self-storage needs ever since. We opened Woodsome Valley Self Storage in February 2023.

About you – we are looking for someone friendly who enjoys working with customers, has great customer service skills both in person and over the phone. A good knowledge of outlook and word etc. is also required. We would ideally like you to be flexible to cover holidays if required and where possible. You will be motivated to work as a team and independently.

The role – The role is varied and includes meeting and advising our customers, administration, as well as maintaining a high standard of housekeeping making sure the units are clean and ready for the next customer. Salary to be discussed.
