Duties
- To prepare and cook food to a high standard
- Complying with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety
- Ensuring all areas of the kitchen in use are clean and tidy
- Working closely with the team to constantly improve food offering
- Maintaining a quality service driven environment at all times
- Flexible – there may be times when additional hours/working patterns may be required
