What we offer:
- Pay from £13.00–£16.00 per hour (bank holidays £16 p/h)
- Paid mileage between visits (30p per mile)
- One-hour minimum visits – no rushing, time to build relationships
- Alternate weekends off and rotas given 4 weeks in advance
- 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) and pension scheme
- Fully paid training and support to gain diploma qualifications
- Carer awards, referral scheme, and a supportive, friendly team
About the role
You’ll provide care for children with complex needs, which could include medication, PEG feeding, epilepsy care, personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and social support.
Part-time, ad hoc shifts around school hours:
- Weekdays: 7–9am & 4–8pm
- Weekends: block hours available
- Extra hours available if also supporting adults
About you
- Experience supporting children with complex needs (essential)
- Driver with access to your own vehicle and business insurance
- Empathetic, reliable, and confident working with families
