Childcare Practitioner NVQ Level 3 Childcare – (Maternity Cover)
We have an exciting opportunity at The Learning Tree for an NVQ Level 3 qualified individual to join our Outstanding Team for 4 days a week. This position may potentially lead to a permanent role within our nursery.
In this role, you will support children in their ongoing development while working with our tailored curriculum. Our nursery features a large outdoor area where we spend a lot of time with the children, allowing them to explore and enjoy the natural environment.
Our team is committed to our shared values, and we organise social and wellbeing events outside of work to strengthen team connections. Additionally, we have two training days each year focused on team building and professional development. Staff also benefit from extra holidays based on years of service.
We operate for 50 weeks of the year, closing for 2 weeks at Christmas.
As a Real Living Wage employer, our current pay rate is £12.60.
