Café Assistant Manager / Supervisor – Full time / Part time
Seeking experienced café / Restaurant Supervisor / Manager
This role is to assist the café manager in the day to day running of the café and work with current supervisors. Strong communication skills and ability to inspire and lead other team members.
You MUST be able to work both weekday and weekend shifts between 9am and 5pm, month rota prepared in advance (closed Mondays except bank hols.)
A keen eye for detail is key instilling standards of service in the team to deliver a great experience & great food. This is a hands-on role.
You should be hardworking and trustworthy with and have a friendly personality! With a good food and drink knowledge.
This is a permanent role (not a summer jobs) – immediate start. Good rates of pay dependent on experience/role.
