Barista – Holme Coffee House
We are looking for a barista to join us at Holme Coffee House, an ability to work across both Holmfirth and Penistone is desirable. Barista experience would be preferred but training will be given to the right person. This is a great opportunity to work in an established, popular business. Full/part time considered, permanent position.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Showing your flair as a barista on our La Marzocco machine
- Preparing drinks for our customers
- Clearing tables
- Ensuring the very best customer service is provided
- Using the POS system
- Using the dishwasher when required
- Keeping up with the coffee shop’s high standards of cleanliness
- Completing daily cleaning duties
- Ensure food safety/hygiene is followed
- Have knowledge and confidence with food allergies
- Helping to create a positive, fun working atmosphere
- Developing a friendly rapport with all customers
- Positively promoting and supporting the needs of the business
YOU WILL:
- Ideally have experience of working within a busy hospitality environment
- Have a passion for working with the public
- Be motivated, trustworthy and reliable
- Have a fun, outgoing personality
- Be a team player and support others
- Be able to work weekends
