Join Our Team as a Bar Supervisor

Key Details:

• Weekend-focused role (Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability required)
• Flexibility expected on Wednesday to Thursday
• 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Bar Operations: Lead by example in running a smooth, efficient, and profitable bar. This includes managing inventory, ensuring quality control, and overseeing cleanliness and safety standards.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, providing personalized service and addressing needs promptly, especially during busy times. If the host is unavailable, you’ll be the first point of contact.
• Team Leadership: Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a passion for excellence. Manage your time effectively, adapting to both busy and quiet periods, and work intelligently under pressure.
• Sales & Strategy: Collaborate with the Management Team to maximize sales opportunities, meet agreed-upon sales and volume targets, and create bar offerings that enhance our brand vision.
