We are a privately owned small business that operates in the automotive sector. We Service, repair, recommission and restore Ferrari cars. Many of these are Vintage Classics and Modern Collectables as well as modern day. We also prepare Ferrari Racing Cars.
Italia Autosport has been in operating in Meltham since 1975 and serves a nationwide and global community of clients. We are a business that operates with precision and has an incredibly positive reputation with all our clients. All colleagues at Italia are involved in delivering that in some way and we are looking to add this role to help support the whole team.

Job Description
To handle all administrative tasks required for the day to day operation.
These include, producing pro-forma invoices and invoices. Letter and email composition. Initiating and managing payments and receipts of invoices and bills. Manage all incoming email traKic accurately and eKiciently, including emails and any form of correspondence. This will involve answering the telephone and making outgoing calls to clients and suppliers.
A friendly and helpful telephone manner is required.

Candidates should be able to work with Microsoft Word and Excel.

The use of external supplier and subcontract web portals for which training can be given.

Support any administrative requests from the team and other involved parties.

Any other general duties that are requested on an ad hoc basis.
