Vacancy 2 – Customer Services & Sales Negotiator
The Customer Care Services & Sales Negotiator position is a key and multi-functional role. You will be supporting all aspects of the business such as managing inbound sales enquires, finance, equipment service support, customer retention and administration. You will be office based in Lockwood, Huddersfield.
We are looking for someone with drive and ambition as this role will progress into a more senior leadership position, taking over some of the MD’s responsibilities over the next 24-36 months.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls & processing customer enquiries
- Equipment solution inbound calls sales
- Customer sales retention
- Equipment issues support
- Xero accounts invoice creation
- Debt chasing
- Supplier relations
- General office admin support
- Warehouse and logistics support
The candidate will:
- Preferably be experienced working in a Business-to-Business environment. Sales experience required.
- Be articulate and confident
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Enjoy working in a team but also have the maturity to work on their own
- Be proactive, motivated and results driven
- Be computer literate
- Have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
We offer;

Remuneration of £13.50-£14.00 per hour

Working hours of 6.5 – 7 hours per day (slight flexibility available on start / end times)

28 days paid holiday (pro-rata on hours worked) including Bank Holidays
