We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Holmfirth SOUP – a brand new community micro-funding event coming to Holmfirth Tech on Thursday 2nd October, 6.30pm.
Here’s how it works:
 Four people pitch their ideas – anything that benefits the Holme Valley!
You, the audience, ask questions and cast your vote.
The winner takes home all the money collected on the door!
It’s that simple – and that powerful.
 Want to pitch?
We’re looking for four brilliant ideas to share on the night. It could be a community project, social enterprise, local event, start-up or creative idea. Big or small – if it benefits the Holme Valley, we want to hear it!
 Deadline for pitches: Midnight, 12th September.
Want to be in the audience?
Come along, eat some soup, enjoy live local music, and help fund an idea that makes a difference.
 Entry is a minimum donation of £6 CASH and every penny goes to the winning pitch!
Want to help out?
We’re also looking for volunteers (soup prep, serving, welcoming guests) and local musicians to perform on the night. If you would like to volunteer please contact our Volunteer Coordinator Kath Chiswick on volunteer@holmfirthtech.co.uk
