Loft Insulation Technicians – Projex Services
Projex specialises in all aspects of environmental remediation, including mould treatment, pest control and restoration/cleaning of properties following water/fire/smoke damage. We are passionate about improving people’s homes and environment.
We are looking for two unique hard-working individuals with an aptitude for attention to detail to join our friendly team.
The role will predominantly involve visiting domestic houses to undertake clearances of lofts, and installing new insulation to current regulatory standards.
In addition, you will also be trained in a number of other specialist areas including property and garden clearances, general contents decontamination, carpet cleaning, gutter cleaning, mould remediation, fire and flood restoration, and pest control. You will receive health and safety training; you will learn how to use our specialist equipment, and how to use our specialist job management software.
Our operations office and training suite is based in Holmfirth. The role will take you throughout Lancashire, Yorkshire and Humberside.
No experience is necessary; full training will be provided. You must be enthusiastic, hard-working, reliable and willing to learn. You must have good verbal and written communication skills, good inter-personal skills, and have a confident approach. You must be able to work independently, and as part of a team. You must be physically fit and capable of working in loft spaces.
We require you to hold a full clean driving licence. You must be a minimum of 25 years old for insurance purposes.
You will be provided with a uniform.
The positions are permanent full-time roles, Days of work are Monday to Friday.
Starting salary £23k per annum, rising to £25k on successful completion of probationary period (usually 3 months), and reviewed annually thereafter. A Workplace pension Scheme is offered.
