Admin / Office Assistant required.
We are a family-run organisation, comprising farm shop, butchers and restaurant with a growing outside catering part of the business. We are also a cattle farm and poultry-rearing business.
We are looking to recruit an Office Assistant to provide general office duties and support. This would be provided to the Partners of the company and to the other departments. The role involves responding to telephone calls and e-mails and any other administrative duty required. Knowledge of SAGE line 50 accounts will be preferred and familiarity with Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
Most importantly will be a good team attitude, excellent presentation and telephone manner and an ability to communicate well with customers, employees and suppliers.
The position is permanent and office hours will be part time to suit the business and applicant but full-time holiday cover for 5 weeks of the year will be required.
Own transport is beneficial due to our location.
