Accompanied Viewer (Saturdays)
Our busy Holmfirth office seeks a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our award winning team to support showing our prospective tenants and purchasers around homes for
sale and for let.
The role will include covering all areas of Huddersfield each Saturday. There may be a
possibility of extra hours during the week on occasions.
As an accompanied viewer you must be honest, reliable and trustworthy as you will be
responsible for showing potential buyers and tenants around clients’ properties and making
sure they are safe and secure before you leave. Pointing out the key features and benefits of
each property you will promote the company image and services in line with our core values.
On completion of the viewing you will feedback to the sales and lettings team in branch
which will be relayed to our clients.
The successful candidate will have use of their own vehicle and have the relevant insurance
in place. Hourly rate plus mileage costs paid.
£9.50 per hour plus mileage allowance
