Up to £18532 per year
The Ideal candidate will have experience working in catering and managing a kitchen
You will be responsible for the management of a nursery kitchen, organising, preparing and delivering nursery meals in accordance with the nursery menus, food policies and individual dietary requirements.
Responsible for the planning and preparation of food to provide meals in accordance with Nursery menus and food policies. Ensure that all individual dietary requirements are catered for in line with parental guidance
To ensure that the highest standards of health and safety.
Ensure that hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen is of the highest standard in accordance with Environmental Health requirements and legislation. To keep clean all kitchen cupboards, fridges and stove on a weekly basis. Maintain necessary kitchen procedures and records in accordance with Nursery and Environmental Health policies and processes.
