Old Hay Barn is a beautiful converted barn with a luxury cottage feel on the outskirts of Hepworth village, Holmfirth in the South Pennines and bordering the Peak District.
It has many original features including open beams, a wood burning stove and is full of charm and character, a stunning outlook over our fields where we have alpacas, goats, ducks and hens and surrounded by woodland it is a superb base for walking, rambling, cycling and just exploring the beautiful countryside that Yorkshire has to offer.
It can accommodate 8 people plus a travel cot which is provided, in either two superking or twin rooms, a bunk bedroom plus a further room under the eaves ideal for kids and we welcome 2 dogs.
A real sun trap with a choice of outdoor seating and a firepit. Parking for 5 cars and an Electric vehicle Charger.
It’s a perfect choice for short breaks, full weeks, special events, romantic breaks and family holidays all year round.
Hepworth is a beautiful quaint old village with a pub. Only a mile to Holmfirth which is the home of the television series ‘Last of the Summer Wine’ and has ample bars, pubs and restaurants as well as shops and a full calendar of events and Festivals throughout the year.
