Holmfirth is the second of our Catch restaurants, following on from the overwhelming success of the original Catch in West Vale, Halifax.
We serve the best seafood that our coasts have to offer, in both a restaurant and takeaway setting.
All of our seafood is sourced directly from the best suppliers on the Yorkshire East Coast. We meticulously check every single fish that comes into the kitchen to ensure the Catch standard is always met. This job is overseen by owner and Catch founder, Lee Roberts, whose family have been in the fishmongering trade for nearly a century!
Our seafood is prepared every morning on site, and cooked to the highest standards by our kitchen team. We use the same high quality produce, whether it be for our restaurant or takeaway.
