Restful Yoga For Women’s Wellbeing – You & Yoga

Are you tired? Feeling the effects of stress or overwhelm? Lacking clarity , or focus? Bloated or struggling with digestive issues?
Symptoms like this can be messages from your hormonal system that things are out of balance.
As silly season is approaching the busyness of this time of year may only exacerbate these feelings so this month’s restorative will be focused on radical rest for women’s health and wellbeing. If you are tired, overwhelmed , struggling with any kind of hormone upset due to menopause, female cycle, stress, this session will help you find a deeper state of rest, feel calmer, less fatigued and less overwhelmed bythe symptoms you may be experiencing.
We will combine a series of powerful restorative asanas to help not only balance the hormonal system but also help you to be present with your own experience rather than turning away from it.
