Menopause Monday – Yoga Group For Women in Menopause with You and Yoga
27th February -7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating until 27th February 2023

The group meets weekly and each month sessions will be centred around managing and supporting the main symptoms women experience during peri, menopause and post-menopause.
THIS MONTH WE WILL BE FOCUSING ON LOW MOOD & FATIGUE
If you are experiencing any of the following though these classes could be beneficial to help you at this time:
irregular /heavy periods
heat/anger/irritability
joint pain
digestive issues
anxiety
insomnia
weight gain
low/erratic mood
fatigue
lack of focus/concentration/brain fog
There is no need to have practiced yoga before. Total beginners are perfectly welcome!! The only thing required : A desire to take control of your wellbeing and a mind open enough to begin to see the positive side to the journey through menopause!
