Friend to Friend – Armchair Zumba

Armchair Zumba
Exercise to music (seated or on your feet!) led by an experienced, qualified instructor. One of our regular exercisers, Audrey, said of it, “We have soft balls to squeeze in our hands and maracas to shake to the Spanish music. We use our arms in all different ways, also our feet and legs. Stretching does our muscles good. We all feel much healthier afterwards.” A great bond of friendship and fun is built between all who attend.
When: the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month
Where: Holmfirth Methodist Church Hall
Time: 1.30pm to 3.00pm
Cost: £4 + £1 for transport
