DESCRIPTION:Wellbeing Day at Eden’s Forest  In collaboration with Sarah Branson – Forest Bathing Practitioner\nWe’ve opened bookings for our next Wellbeing Day in the Woods on Saturday 9th May\, 10am-3pm and this one is open to everyone. \nA full day to slow down\, reset and reconnect. We’ll be offering mindful crafts including willow and rattan weaving\, beading and whittling\, plus full access to our woodland site (with a dopamine‑boosting zipline moment for anyone who fancies it 🙂 \nWe’re also joined by our specialist Forest Therapy Practitioner Sarah\, who’ll lead an optional session in forest bathing\, through mindful connection to nature. With the bluebells out\, it’s a beautiful time to be in the woods. \nThis is the kind of experience we usually deliver for team wellbeing… but this one is open to the public.\nThe day is fully catered with wood‑fired pizzas\, with all dietary requirements catered for.\nIf you’re ready for a proper reset\, we’d love to welcome you.
