SUMMARY:Heartwood: Creative Nature Community Session with Edens Forest
DESCRIPTION:Heartwood is Eden’s Forest CIC’s creative woodland programme\, delivered as part of the Kirklees Creative Nature initiative. These gentle\, hands‑on sessions offer a calm space for adults to pause\, reset after the summer and enjoy low‑pressure creativity in nature. Activities include cyanotype\, simple greenwood work\, willow weaving and other accessible crafts designed to support regulation\, connection and confidence. \nSessions take place in our peaceful 70‑acre woodland near Honley train station\, with sheltered making areas\, a hand‑built roundhouse and a cosy campfire space. Each session is fully catered\, with a warm lunch\, hot drinks and s’mores around the fire. Heartwood is inclusive\, sensory‑friendly and offered on a Pay As You Feel basis\, with a friendly welcome from our experienced facilitators.
