We are looking for a butcher to join our team!
We are a small, family butchers/food hall based in Hade edge, near Holmfirth.
We pride ourselves in serving high class meat and produce, made or reared by ourselves or if not from local, high quality producers.
Role will include:
- Boning out beef, lamb and pork mainly from our own farm and other local farmers to a high standard.
- Manufacturing burgers, sausages etc and pie meats for our own bake house
- Weekly and daily ordering
- Working alongside our small selection of wholesale customers, providing them premium products for their business
- Helping in the shop, if and when necessary
- General cleaning of butchery areas
Candidate must be polite, confident and reliable with a keen attitude to learn new skills and work part of a team.
Full-time hours but exact days are dependent upon candidate.
